At the Wisconsin School of Business, our vision is to be a broad-based business school, and we are actively moving forward to develop and execute a strategy that considers the changing landscape of business education. At the same time, this strategy builds on our legacy of academic excellence, thought leadership, and cutting-edge research, aimed at preparing future generations of our Business Badgers to lead, innovate, and have a positive impact in the world.

Our emerging strategy includes initiatives that are aligned with a number of the University of Wisconsin–Madison’s strategic priorities for 2015-2019: enhancing the educational experience; improving student access and opportunities; maintaining and growing faculty excellence; and, expanding and improving research.

The alignment of campus priorities with our strategic initiatives below reflects the strong tradition of shared governance at UW–Madison and the School.

in-demand degrees.

Summer enrollment: Creating more opportunities for summer study increases access to business education while enabling flexibility for students to pursue study abroad or internships during the academic year.
