Plated Entrees

All dinner entrees include ice water and your choice of either cold beverages or Steep & Brew coffee with Tazo tea, mixed greens salad and dinner roll. All options are plated and served to guests.

Priced per person, minimum order of 10. Choice of one meat option and one vegetarian option below. Additional entree option available for $1 per person upcharge.

Grilled Chicken

Grilled chicken breast, wooden mushroom sauce, roasted potatoes, seasonal vegetable

Breaded Farm-Raised Chicken

Lightly breaded farm-raised chicken, chardonnay sauce, red pepper puree, herb oil, Yukon mash, seasonal vegetable

Herbed Pork

Herbed pork, roasted garlic pan sauce, spiced squash with feta, seasonal vegetable

Beef Filet

5oz filet of beef, smoked sea salt, horseradish garlic butter, farro risotto, roasted mushrooms and leeks

Sirloin Steak

Grilled sirloin steak, gorgonzola butter, potato straws, charred asparagus, Yukon mash

Beef Short Rib

Beef short ribs, red wine demi, chive goat cheese polenta, seasonal vegetable


Dinner Buffet

Dinner Buffets include dinner rolls, dessert bars, ice water and choice of cold beverages or Steep & Brew coffee with Tazo tea. Also included are China and silverware wraps (disposable available upon request). All options are offered as buffet style.
