Business Services

Beyond the available online resources, you may coordinate specific types of requests with Business Services team members. The following departments have been created in order to better support the operational, financial, and technological needs of the School, faculty, and staff.

Brand and Insights

The Brand and Insights Team provides marketing research and branding expertise to the Wisconsin School of Business. Skilled in market research and both qualitative and quantitative consumer research methodologies, we connect faculty and staff with the market and consumer insights data they need to make strategic business decisions about degree portfolio planning, marketing optimization, and engagement opportunities with students, prospective students, and alumni.

Event Services

Event Services offers a full range of event planning services and coordinates logistical details for events in Grainger Hall.

Facilities Services

Facilities Services is responsible for Grainger Hall maintenance, health, and safety.

Financial Management

The Office of Financial Management enables excellent stewardship of the School’s financial resources, assures strong financial controls and fiscal compliance, and provides financial tools, reporting, training, and counsel to users throughout the School.

Human Resources (HR)

The Office of Human Resources offers information and resources for faculty and staff about payroll/benefits, employee relations, training, and more. This includes content tailored to both new and current employees.

Information Technology Solutions (ITS)

Information Technology Solutions’ primary focus areas include multi-tier help desk support, data protection and security, LRM project management and development, event management software services, student evaluations, software and hardware procurement and maintenance, lab and podium systems management, and network infrastructure management.

Marketing and Strategic Communications (MSC)

Marketing and Strategic Communications is the full-service, in-house agency of the Wisconsin School of Business, offering expertise in marketing communications, brand identity, editorial content, public relations, social media, design, photography, and web development.

Teaching and Learning Support

The Teaching and Learning Support team in collaboration with faculty aims to deliver a premium learning experience in the Wisconsin School of Business (WSB). In partnership with faculty, we develop, maintain, and provide support for teaching-and-learning and providing data-driven insights to help faculty and staff make informed strategic decisions.
