Gloria Guo is global supply chain director at Mars Wrigley, a privately held $40 billion CPG company based in Chicago, IL. She leads Mars’ global supply chain strategy and new routes to market innovations. Gloria is an experienced supply chain and e-commerce omni-channel leader, with a proven track record of success in delivering superior direct-to-consumers services.
Prior to Mars Wrigley, Gloria worked in various capacities in US e-commerce supply chain at Walmart and led strategic transformation initiatives for global markets including China, UK, Mexico, Canada, Japan, and Brazil. Some of her key strategic initiatives include S&OP for walmart.com US, fulfillment center ramp-up for Brazil, agile fulfillment ecosystem for China Yihaodian (now part of JD.com), hub & spoke direct to consumer for Japan, and omni-channel network design for Canada and Mexico.
Prior to joining Walmart, Gloria worked at Menlo Worldwide Logistics (XPO) and United Stationers (Essendant). She earned her MBA in supply chain management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2010.
