Biography

James C. Sesil is a Senior Lecturer at the Wisconsin School of Business.

He has twelve years teaching experience at the London School of Economics, the Wisconsin School of Business, Rutgers University, City University of Hong Kong, ALBA in Athens and SIM in Singapore. Sesil’s research has won three best paper awards from the Academy of Management and the Labor and Employment Research Association and has been covered in the New York Times, BusinessWeek and the Financial Times. He was a Fulbright Scholar in Hong Kong during 2008 – 2009 and spent eight years in roles at Control Data, Honeywell and Cargill including an expatriate assignment in London with Cargill, Plc. Sesil is the author of Applying Advanced Analytics to HR Management Decisions published by the FT Press and he holds a Ph.D. from the London School of Economics.
