MBA 2021 | Supply Chain Management

Rile Drevlow graduated from China’s Southwest University with a Bachelor of Arts in English/Chinese Translation and Interpretation. After graduation, she applied her bilingual talent teaching high school students English in Shenzhen, China. Quickly assuming responsibilities beyond the classroom, she supported the work of the Assistant Director of Academic Services and created extra-curricular initiatives promoting linguistic and cultural growth.

Coming to the US, Rile pivoted towards the higher education sector, working with the University of Wisconsin Extended Campus. She managed student outreach initiatives and was involved in many parallel projects. Conducting weekly Qualtrics surveys and supplying the team with pertinent information has made her keenly aware of data’s role in operations. Revising student-facing materials has brought her back to the cornerstone of her growth and development—thoughtful communication. She looks to integrate this ability with new frameworks of analysis and collaboration on a Business level.

If you see Rile outside of the classroom, you are likely to find her exploring different parts of Wisconsin, hiking with her husband, or savoring some newfound delicious food. She loves to cook, especially when she can try something new. Rile is thrilled to be able to continue learning, pursuing her MBA at the Wisconsin School of Business Center for Supply Chain Management, and to do so alongside others with passions uniquely their own.
