Christopher Zaczyk graduated from St. Norbert College in De Pere, Wisconsin, with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a minor in Business Administration in 2010. Chris was commissioned as an Armor Officer in the United States Army, where he has spent the last eight years serving in diverse and challenging leadership roles both at home and overseas. His experiences have equipped him with crisis management and decision-making skills in high stress situations, a wealth of experience managing supply chain and logistics operations in austere environments, and an analytical approach to system improvement.
Since commissioning in 2010, Chris has held progressive leadership roles in small and medium sized organizations. Most recently, he served as the Commander of Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 1st Battalion, 502nd Infantry Regiment, 101st Airborne Division at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. As a senior operations officer, Chris designed, resourced, and oversaw the execution of three major training events for a 700 soldier organization.
In his free time Chris can be found woodworking, listening to his favorite records, and spending time with his wife, Andrea, and their dog, Archer. He is excited to join the Erdman Center for Operations and Technology Management where he hopes to learn industry best practices and leverage them in future assignments as he continues military service.
