Kyle Roth graduated from Colby College in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Administrative Science. After graduation, he accepted a role with Epic Systems as a quality assurance analyst on the Inpatient Clinical Documentation team. In this role, he gained valuable experience in project management, innovative software design and development, and forging strong customer relationships. Throughout his four years at Epic, Kyle was responsible for finding over 1000 functional issues ranging in scope from usability enhancements to patient safety risks. Kyle managed numerous domestic and international customer requested projects, through which he learned the importance of transparent communication of expectations, timelines, and setbacks. His work created massive wins for both Epic and more importantly the end-users of its customers.
Outside of work, Kyle enjoys multiple extracurricular activities. He is involved in various intramural sports through the Madison Sports and Social Club. One of his greatest passions is fishing. He spends as much time possible in the summer off Long Island, NY chasing the elusive tuna. He fishes recreationally and in tournaments while also performing conservation efforts. Kyle is extremely excited to begin his journey at the Wisconsin School of Business’ Erdman Center for Operations and Technology Management to strengthen his skills in business analytics and product management.
