MBA 2021 | Corporate Finance and Investment Banking

Robert Tevlin graduated Montana State University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Finance concentration. In May of 2016, he accepted a position as a personal banker with US Bancop Inc., working full time while finishing his degree. After graduation, he continued with US Bank full time, and gained valuable knowledge of the practical applications of the financial concepts studied in school, such as team communication, and Loan-to-Asset ratios. Managing a loan pipeline over $2.5 million and a deposit balance over $35 million showed him how to assess and prioritize tasks efficiently and accurately. Rob was an extremely productive loan officer and financial consultant in his time with US Bank, garnering many awards and recognition including a company-wide award of Top Banker for 2018.

Outside of his core work and academic responsibilities, Rob enjoys spending time with his family, friends and two fat cats. Living in Montana offered many exciting opportunities for outdoor activities including hiking camping and fishing. Rob also enjoys lazy weekend days, reading and watching TV. He is an avid sports fan, and especially enjoys watching ice hockey and football. Rob is excited to pursue his MBA at the Wisconsin School of Business’ Nicholas Center for Corporate Finance and Investment Banking and continue developing analytical and practical skills to further his career.
