Wen Li graduated from Wuhan Polytechnic University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She then pursued a Master of Science in Genetics at the Institute of Microbiology, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, China. After graduation, she worked as a research scientist at the University of Nevada, Reno for three years. In this role, she initiated five projects to discover new drugs for diabetes and streamlined lab operations by standardizing experimental protocols. Wen looks forward to rejoining the workforce to continue her career in the medical device industry.
In her spare time, Wen enjoys hiking, dancing, and photography. She also likes volunteering in the community. She is excited to join the Wisconsin School of Business Erdmann Center for Operation and Technology Management to grow her business knowledge and be ready to make a difference.
