Biography

Andy El-Zayaty is a doctoral candidate in the Wisconsin School of Business. Prior to entering the PhD program, he spent several years working in Mergers, Acquisitions, and International Taxation at Deloitte & Touche. His research interests include strategic human capital, entrepreneurship, and firms' innovation strategies.
