Da is a doctoral student in the Department of Real Estate and Urban Land Economics. Prior to entering the Ph.D. program, he received his master's degree in Economics from Hanqing Advanced Institute of Economics and Finance, Renmin University of China. His research interest lies in REITs investment, mortgage securitization, asset pricing, and property rights.
