Ikuo Takei is a Ph.D. student in Finance at the Wisconsin School of Business, University of Wisconsin-Madison, a former economist at the Bank of Japan. He earned Master's degree in Economics from UW-Madison, Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Physics from Waseda University (Tokyo, Japan).
