Biography
In Gyun earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Master of Science in Accounting from Seoul National University, where he worked as a research and teaching assistant. He served his two-year term as a tactical air control party in Republic of Korea Air Force. Prior to joining Wisconsin School of Business, he was a part of the startup scene where he co-founded a venture start-up and made financing, operating, and strategic decisions. His primary research interest is in management control systems, corporate culture, and the design of performance measurement, especially from the standpoint of creativity and innovation.
