Biography

Julia Ariel-Rohr, CPA, holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy degree from DePaul University. Julia started her career at Navistar International, where she had a variety of roles over three years as part of the Finance and Accounting Leadership Development program. After gaining an interest in technical accounting and the not-for-profit industry, Julia went into public accounting at Grant Thornton (Chicago), where she had clients ranging from public manufacturers to not-for-profits to private technology companies. Julia is an AICPA Accounting Doctoral Scholar and is interested in corporate governance research using mixed methodologies.
