Biography
Ying Chen is a PhD student in the Actuarial Science, Risk Management, and Insurance department. Prior to joining the program, she was a Healthcare Analyst at Dean Health Plan. She holds an M.A. in Statistics from Columbia University. She also received a bachelor’s degree in Statistics from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.
