Biography
Yongha (Yon) Kwon is pursuing his doctoral studies with a focus on Strategy. He received B.A. and M.S. degrees in Business Administration from the Yonsei School of Business. His research delves into understanding how individuals’ social behaviors, such as homophily and knowledge-sharing, influence a firm’s ability to integrate and utilize the diverse knowledge possessed by these individuals.
