Biography
Youngsun is a PhD student in the Actuarial Science, Risk Management, and Insurance program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Prior to joining the program, he was an actuarial analyst at Willis Towers Watson. He holds an M.S. in Mathematical Risk Management and Actuarial Science from Georgia State University. He also received a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from Korea University.
