Years ago, the Wisconsin School of Business at the University of Wisconsin–Madison created a first-of-its-kind graduate degree in global real estate: the Global Real Estate Master (MS).
GREM brings together students from top international business programs and the best in real estate education, to provide specialized preparation to become a global real estate leader.
The Global Real Estate Master Program is designed exclusively for non-U.S. graduate-level students and alumni from top international business schools who have completed 14 credits of graduate-level study specified by the GREM Program.
This full-time, semester-long program runs from mid-August to December, and consists of five courses and a required study tour of a major U.W. real estate market. All instruction is in English.
Upon satisfactory completion of the GREM program, you will graduate with a Master of Science in global real estate from the Wisconsin School of Business at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, the leader in global real estate education.
