The in-person format of this program provides a real benefit over online programs. Our class has formed a strong network, which I see as one of the biggest advantages of the program. I am learning alongside and getting support from 50 other motivated professionals who are also balancing full-time employment and families. I am very grateful that I chose this program.

For me, an MBA was the ideal way to gain an understanding of key business concepts. My role as Global Women’s Marketing Manager inspired me to add skills that would allow me to have a bigger impact at work. I’m able to more fully participate in strategic planning and day-to-day operations because I’ve gained knowledge about how the different business functions work together.

The program has exposed me to areas of business that are new to me, such as finance, accounting, and economics. I am learning firsthand from faculty and industry experts. The interactive and collaborative environment is great training for application in my career.

Applying class content, as soon as the day after class, has really added value in my job. Learning more about competitive analysis, market segmentation, and customer positioning have given me a rich perspective on the business side of Trek. As a marketer, I have also gained the knowledge to ask specific questions about our business, and have gained a much deeper understanding of how to develop effective, targeted audience strategies.

The discussions aren’t something you can learn from a book. Plus, I will always have these and other alumni in my network as a lifelong resource.

Each person contributes real-world professional perspectives to the classroom. Whether it is someone's experience dealing with a PR crisis, or a finance manager uncovering unethical behavior, the discussions aren’t something you can learn from a book. Plus, I will always have these and other alumni in my network as a lifelong resource.
