An Executive MBA provides exceptional ROI. What else can you do with two years of your life that will provide this kind of return? You will always be able to find reasons why the timing might not be perfect for you, but the learning, growth, and new professional opportunities that you gain from the program are well worth the investment.

I am the first person in my family to obtain a bachelor’s degree, so earning an advanced degree is a significant personal accomplishment. It changes the narrative for my family and children. My MBA is putting me in a new professional position, and I’m excited about the doors that are being opened due to my new skills.

One of the most important skills I’ve gained so far is how to assess and address a situation from a variety of perspectives. I’ve gotten better at seeing the big picture and drawing on experiences from the program to arrive at solutions. I’ve also learned to be a better listener, leader, and team member. My MBA is helping improve my performance and giving my organization a competitive edge.

My peers have taught me a lot about new and different industries, and seeing how they address challenges is educational and inspiring.

I really appreciated Economics for Managers. My undergraduate degree is in history, so my understanding of economics is an accumulation of on-the-job experiences. Learning the academic side of economics combined with how to apply it in the real world has improved my business skills in a tangible way. But make no mistake, the class is enjoyable because of professor Don Hausch and how he links the material to our professions!

The Executive MBA environment encourages a meaningful exchange of ideas among accomplished leaders: I learn from my peers as well as my instructors. This makes me a better student and professional. My peers have taught me a lot about new and different industries, and seeing how they address challenges is educational and inspiring.

I now have an extensive network of professionals I can contact to think through issues, make professional introductions, and identify resources. The number of people in the network combined with their experiences forms an invaluable community that can be tapped for almost anything.
