The alumni of the Wisconsin MBA Program in strategic human resource management represent an engaged, supportive community of industry professionals. Faculty, staff, and alumni bring a diverse range of research and professional interests, and you'll find them to be a great resource in both your education and your career. Alumni visits provide an opportunity to network with successful alumni and engage in mock interviews. In addition, the program hosts an annual HR Summit to educate current students, alumni, and industry leaders on a variety of human resources topics. During the summit, you will have the opportunity to meet with influential alumni and executives, and hear inspiring leaders speak on topics such as international staffing and leadership assessment.

“Alumni network of the Wisconsin MBA is a great resource for incoming students. Not only are they a gateway to build networks into organizations, but they are eager to support by committing their time and energies. Their guidance ranges from discussion about career paths and mock interviews, to mentoring on specific topics and / or discussion of latest industry trends. Our alumni's investment in the success of MBA candidates perfectly exemplifies the Badger spirit -'Together Forward'.”

“I enjoy coming to the School, meeting with business faculty and students and just being in that atmosphere of excitement and activity. But what really matters to me is making a difference in students’ lives and preparing them to be the very best professionals and leaders that they can be in their future HR careers. If I can say ‘thank you’ by helping someone else, that’s the greatest gift I could possibly give.”
