The alumni of the Wisconsin MBA Program in strategic human resource management represent an engaged, supportive community of industry professionals. Faculty, staff, and alumni bring a diverse range of research and professional interests, and you'll find them to be a great resource in both your education and your career. Alumni receptions provide an opportunity to network with successful alumni and engage in mock interviews. In addition, the program hosts an annual HR Summit to educate current students, alumni, and industry leaders on a variety of human resources topics. During the summit, you will have the opportunity to meet with influential alumni and executives, and hear inspiring leaders speak on topics such as international staffing and leadership assessment.

“The UW–Madison alumni network is all about looking out for each other both professionally and personally. Our alumni proactively reach out, connect with, and support one another in any way we can, going above and beyond to make sure that Badgers feel welcome and comfortable as they join new organizations and as they continue to grow within those organizations. Our alumni connect with one another both inside and outside of work, and are united by our common goal of helping one another out and of seeing UW–Madison represented positively off campus.”

“Alumni of the strategic human resource management specialization in the Wisconsin MBA are all over the country and in various industries, but they all have one thing in common: they want to see current students succeed. Not only are the alumni willing to answer general questions about the MBA program, job searching, and their career paths, but they are also more than willing to take time out of their days to conduct mock interviews to make sure you are prepared.”
