Ally is a senior from Merrill, Wisconsin, who is majoring in accounting. She is an active member of Alpha Kappa Psi, a professional business fraternity, as well as UW-Madison’s largest dance organization, Optima Dance. Ally studied abroad in London, England through the Wisconsin School of Business during the spring of her junior year. Other than being a Business Badger, Ally enjoys reading, yoga, baking cookies, and spending time on the lakes of Wisconsin’s beautiful Northwoods. Ally will participate in the Integrated Master of Accountancy Program after graduation this spring and hopes to obtain her CPA.

Anne Brennan

Annie is a double major in marketing and operations technology management, pursuing certificates in supply chain management and environmental studies. She is actively involved on campus in organizations such as Alpha Kappa Psi business fraternity and Phi Beta Phi social sorority, and she is a student director of the supply chain program. This past summer, she was a product management intern at Intuit working with QuickBooks and enjoyed having the opportunity to explore California on the weekends. She loves Madison’s many attractions, including game days, the farmers market, running along the lake shore and exploring the various fun places to eat. She is from Glenview, Illinois, and is a big Chicago sports fan. Additionally, she loves to travel and studied abroad last spring in Barcelona. She also enjoys adventure racing and yoga. She is very excited for another year as a BBA Ambassador and the opportunity to share her appreciation and passion for the Wisconsin School of Business!

Majors: Real Estate and Urban Land Economics 

Austin is a senior from St. Charles, Illinois, majoring in real estate and urban land economics. On campus, he is currently involved with the Real Estate Club and attends monthly meetings with guest speakers from the industry. In the past, Austin was also a member of Club Enactus, which is a business-related club devoted to creating projects to support the surrounding Madison community. Outside of school, Austin has gained a variety of work experience including a real estate advisory internship at Deloitte, and a commissions internship at Coldwell Banker Brokerage. Following graduation in December 2019, Austin will continue with Deloitte as a full-time consultant in their real estate advisory practice. When Austin isn’t studying or working, he enjoys a very diverse set of hobbies/activities including mixed martial arts, watching Chicago Cubs games, playing videos games, and listening to podcasts.

Courtney is a senior from Glenview, Illinois, studying international business, management, and marketing. She is involved with several campus organizations such as Associated Students of Madison (student government) and she served as vice-president of her sorority Kappa Kappa Gamma. Courtney had the incredible opportunity to study abroad in London, United Kingdom, her junior year while also serving as a marketing intern for an HR technology firm named Adepto. Last summer, Courtney completed the merchandising and marketing internship with Walgreens HQ in Deerfield, Illinois. Courtney enjoys spending her free time on Lake Mendota and trying all the restaurants Madison has to offer. Her favorite part of the Wisconsin School of Business is the tight knit community that it builds between students, making Grainger Hall feel like a second home.

Diana Xiong

Diana is a senior from Woodbury, Minnesota studying marketing and Chinese. Throughout her college career, she has been involved in organizations across campus including Alpha Kappa Psi, Dance Elite, and the All Ways Forward Campaign. She currently serves as the president of Alpha Kappa Psi. During the past three summers, she has interned in Minneapolis, San Francisco, and New York City at several different companies. Last spring, Diana was also able to spend her semester at Tsinghua University’s School of Economics and Management in Beijing and traveled extensively around China and Southeast Asia. Outside of all things business, she loves running, cooking, reading, dance, and photography. She is thrilled to be back on campus for her final year at the Wisconsin School of Business!

Emil is a senior studying marketing and operations and technology management. Having supported the BBA program previously as a PPFB course facilitator and Business Emerging Leaders program mentor, he is excited to bring his previous experience to the table to help guide future Business Badgers. This past summer, Emil had the opportunity to intern at General Mills and was thrilled to see how well his Wisconsin BBA courses set him up for success. The previous summer, he interned with Thrivent Financial. Emil is involved with the Alpha Kappa Psi professional business fraternity on campus as well as his social fraternity, the Chi Psi Lodge. In addition to spending the 2019 spring semester studying abroad through a Wisconsin School of Business exchange program in Madrid, Spain, he has also traveled with on-campus leadership delegations through UW Hillel to Washington D.C. and the Middle East. Both involvements are indicative of his passions to travel and chase adventure while finding new ways to learn outside of the classroom.

Jacquelyn is a rising junior from Dover, Massachusetts, studying marketing and international business. She has found her place at the Wisconsin School of Business as a member of the co-ed business fraternity Alpha Kappa Psi as a dedicated brother. Jacquelyn puts her skills into practice at her internship at Gravy Live! a startup app company located here in Madison. She can be found taking a jog along the lakeshore path, penny boarding to the terrace, or trying out the latest coffee shop. She is excited to meet all of the prospective Business Badgers who are visiting Grainger Hall this upcoming summer!

Tyler Rolling is a senior from Green Bay, Wisconsin double majoring in finance and risk management and insurance. Within the Wisconsin School of Business he is involved with a professional business fraternity Alpha Kappa Psi as well as the wealth management club. He has completed a summer internship with Pioneer Metal Finishing and most recently Ameriprise Financial. In his free time he loves to both make and sample different barbecues and spend time with family and friends in Door County, Wisconsin.

Payton is a sophomore majoring in marketing and management and human resources- entrepreneurship. Originally from Lakeville, Minnesota, she has found a second home on campus through her business fraternity Alpha Kappa Psi and the wonderful people she met during her first year at school. She runs a small cupcake business to fund her love for travel and pay for tuition. Her special skills include finding open picnic tables at the terrace and getting free classes at the many workout places in Madison. Payton also loves singing and all intramural sports, specifically volleyball.

Mikol is a sophomore from Chicago, Illinois. She is majoring in finance and operations and technology management while also earning a certificate in supply chain management. Mikol is a Business Emerging Leaders scholar and has found her second home within the Wisconsin School of Business. On campus, Mikol is involved in the Multicultural Business Student Association and Gamma Phi Beta. In her free time, Mikol loves to do sculpt yoga, lift weights, and curate her foodstagram. After graduation, she hopes to pursue a career in consulting and explore the Philippines.

Elaine is a junior from Madison studying communication arts and finance with a certificate in leadership. On campus, she is a dedicated member of the Communication Arts Student Association and Student Leadership Program. She is looking forward to being the 2018-2019 chair for Bucky’s Awards; an allcampus award ceremony that honors students for their involvement and work in student organizations. In her free time, Elaine enjoys visiting the farmers market, hanging out at the Memorial Union Terrace with friends, and making ceramic wares at Wheelhouse Studios. Elaine loves being a Business Badger and is thrilled to help prospective students explore what the Wisconsin School of Business has to offer.

Matt is a junior from Tenafly, New Jersey majoring in real estate and finance. On campus, Matt is the VP of Finance for his co-ed business fraternity, Alpha Kappa Psi, and an active member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Club. He has had professional experience working as a development and operations intern at The Alexander Company, a commercial real estate research Intern for Keller Williams in New York City, and as a property management intern for Palisade Properties in Madison. This past summer, Matt was a portfolio and asset management analyst at EverWest Real Estate Investors in Denver, Colorado. Matt enjoys attending Badger sporting events, hanging out at the Terrace, and discovering new places around Madison.
